Captain Ethan grew up in Annapolis, Maryland around the Chesapeake Bay. As an avid waterman Ethan’s love for fishing didn’t truly start until his baseball career ended after college and he moved to Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina in 2014.
Once sports ended for Captain Ethan he needed something to focus his time and drive towards. Ethan caught his first redfish with a gentleman that did his build out for the family business Fractured Prune doughnuts in Surf City, North Carolina. After Captain Ethan felt the pull of a Redfish he knew he had found his newest sport.
Captain Ethan studied fishing like he was prepping to win a national championship game. With an athletic mentality he sharpened his craft by learning the tidal fluctuations, water temps, and staging areas depending on seasons of where fish will be.
After he had the fish dialed in on a spinning reel he looked for what was next. Captain Ethan picked up a Fly rod and knew that this was the sport he had could dive into. Captain Ethan started tying his own flies and went through stages of in-depth learning to figure out what the fish liked and did not like.
After four years of fishing from Wrightsville Beach to Swansboro Captain Ethan is ready to put his knowledge to the test and offer productive trips and to educate foreign anglers to how he plays his sport either on Light Tackle or Fly Fishing.

Captain Ethan takes an athletic approach to the ways he fishes and makes sure he is ready for any charter to prove he’s put in the work.
Captain Ethan encourages any type of angler to hop on his skiff. Weather you are an experienced angler or not. Captain Ethan just doesn’t want you to leave with a memorable experience but the chance to learn something new which in turn you could pass on to others or help you become a better angler.
Captain Daniel
Captain Daniel grew up just outside of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, but has been fishing the waters around Topsail Island from a young age. Daniel played baseball into college, but when that came to an end, he knew exactly where he wanted to be. On the water. He has always had a competitive edge, and fishing brings that competitiveness out every day.
From spending countless hours studying and perfecting his craft, Captain Daniel has gained a wealth of knowledge on the water both inshore and nearshore. He loves teaching and showing others the art of fishing, while giving them lifelong memories on the water. He can accommodate for kids trips as well!
Whether you want to throw fly or light tackle at redfish on the flats, soak bait in the creeks around Topsail, or head off the beach to troll or bottom fish, Captain Daniel can show you a great time on the water!
